Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Zokuffy! I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but I also understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund. Therefore, I have created the following refund policy to ensure that you receive the best possible service.

Refund Eligibility: I accept refund requests for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item received is not the item that was ordered.

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

  • Photos of the defective or damaged item (if applicable).

I will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days. If your refund request is approved, I will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

  • Digital downloads.
